Will it fit me?
One size for adults with a head measurement of 55 to 60 cm (21.5 to 23.5 in), which covers most people. The drawstring tightens the face opening so it stays put in wind.
How long does delivery take?
We hand your order to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery in the US is estimated at 10 to 18 days after that, and you get a tracking number by email. Shipping is free.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number, send it back unworn, and we refund the full price. If it arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace it without a return.
Can I get mixed colors in a 2-pack or 3-pack?
Yes. Pick any color for the pack, then open your cart and write the colors you want in the "Special instructions" box, for example "1 black, 1 gray".
Does it fit under a helmet or a jacket hood?
The fleece is thick but not bulky, so it sits under a bike or ski helmet and under most jacket hoods. The neck part tucks inside a collar.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, no bleach, air dry. It dries in a few hours.
