Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.

What can be returned. Items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How. Email us with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 business day with the return address. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In that case we cover it or send a replacement without asking for a return.

Refund. Once the return arrives, we refund the full item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. No return needed.
