Shipping policy

We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery. Estimated delivery is 10 to 18 days after dispatch. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Delays. Weather, customs and carrier backlogs can add a few days. If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address errors. Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we reship once at no cost.
